Shipping & Refund Policy

Shipping Policy:

We will dispatch products within 24-48 hours of receiving orders from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday morning.

Refund Policy:

We offer a 10 calendar days return policy, allowing you to request a return within 10 calendar days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Please provide the receipt or proof of purchase when initiating a return.

Exchanges:

If any products arrive damaged or broken, or part of your order is missing, you must notify the Company within 3 days of delivery. If you receive a delivery notification from High-Not and you believe your order was not delivered, you must notify the company in 7 days or you forfeit the ability to request a replacement.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items cannot be returned, including sale items and gift cards.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund.
